I photographed a TON of fantastic families this last fall. It was so much fun! I really enjoyed meeting this family and loved their style! If I haven't said it before (and even if I have said it already) I am beyond excited for the earth to come alive again! Anyone else?? You guys, we are SOOOOO CLOSE!

Boys in the Studio

I haven't photographed my sweet boys in so long so I took them down to Justin Hackworth's studio last week for a session. My 2 year old was a stinker, but hello, he's 2. I am pretty happy with the results though. These boys of mine are so dear to my heart and I just can't imagine a life without them. Oh these darling little boys of mine.

The W Family

 Last week was really rough. My whole family was really sick. I don't ever remember being that sick in my entire life! I am pretty sure we are at the tail end of things, so cheers to our road to recovery! Here is a family session I did back when the earth was beautiful, green and WARM! I can't tell you how excited I am for spring to make her debut! I am so excited for all my brides this year as well! It should be a fun year! 

The C Family

Going on 9 years of being cancer free and feeling so blessed! Jeanie is one of the greatest ladies I know! I love how happy and optimistic she always is. She deserves this happy life she is living with her beautiful family! Girl, I love you so much and I am beyond grateful for our friendship. This is a real special family and I love them all so much!

In Loving Memory

Jordan Guernsey 

October 17, 1984-December 8, 2014

I shot this sweet family's session a few months ago. I have known this family for a long time. Jordan's sister is one of my very dearest friends. Today, after battling cancer for several years, Jordan has passed away. My heart is hurt. I am so devastated for his family. I know he isn't in pain or suffering anymore, but devastated that he ever had to have the horrid struggle of cancer. My heart hurts so much for his whole family and all that loved him. However, I am so very heart broken for those sweet babies. I think of how much my boys LOVE LOVE LOVE their dad and how sad they would be if they ever lost them. I know these two loved their daddy. You will see that as well as you look through these images. I am heartbroken for his beautiful wife Poalo. I have heard that she has been such a rock through out this whole process. I know this is so hard for her to loose her love.  Poalo, I am so sorry for your little family's loss. Thank you for letting me capture your beautiful family's last session together. It truly was such an honor. Big hugs!

To ALL of the Guernsey family- I am deeply saddened and sorry for your loss. I can't even imagine how hard this must feel for all of you! I admire each of you and know how much you all loved Jordan. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
